CheckUP’s annual Health in Focus survey is now open. The survey takes just five minutes to complete and all respondents* can go in the running to win great prizes including one of three Apple Watches, two iPads and a Fitbit Zip.
Now in its ninth year, Health in Focus is one of the largest snapshots of the state of health in Queensland. All Queenslanders are invited to complete the survey, giving you a unique opportunity to share your views about the health system.
Results from the survey help us identify the main issues for Queenslanders regarding their health and healthcare. Each year we prepare a customised Health in Focus report for each state electorate ensuring Queensland MPs are aware of health issues in their local area.
